Making affiliate sales without a website is a thought I just had and I decided to write about it.
I think that making sales without a website is a bad idea and tougher in the long run to keep up with. Let me explain.
Think of a website as an asset something that will grow over time and if done properly it will be profitable. I am a firm believer if you build it they will come. If you don't build, well... you get the idea. Start a website or a blog it doesn't matter the point is to build an asset. If you don't know anything about designing a website just setup a blog on blogger or wordpress.
As your site grows so will it's value.
